Most Romantic Spot to Propose

I'm wondering about where's the best spot in Cartegena to propose to my girlfriend? I'm looking for the most romantic spot. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Several choices... 1. During a carriage ride through the Old City.
2. On top of the Old City wall facing the Caribbean during a full moon.
4. Dinner at La Vitrola or El Bodegón de La Candelaria restaurants,

Wait for a full moon, especially for numbers 1 and 2

Vote for..... Dinner at El Bodegón de la Candelaria, arriving after the ride through "Laguito and the Old City".

Or After a nice picnic lunch on the top level of Castillo de San Felipe with that big Colombian flag blowing in la brisa.

You guys are missing it... Only the insiders know that San Andresito in Bogota is the most romantic place to propose...that's where I'd do it.

from a female perspective.... i say on top of the wall in the old city at sunset....a nice walk through the city, meandering towards the wall...there is an adorable bar (cafe del mar) which is really nice to sit in and have a drink overlooking the ocean....depends on if she's a woman who likes things to be public or private....but i would say anywhere overlooking the ocean from on top of the wall in the old city...

cheers

see, girl.... you're healing already...

just get back there, get up there, take a look at that gorgeous ocean and have that drink... company will take care of itself.

teppar is amazing how much we think alike. I’m not the most romantic modefoque in the planet; I’ve been dump many times because of that. Hey, what do you want, I grew up surrounded by cattle, chickens donkeys and chivos. I proposed, if you wanna called it that, to my wife while I had her on all fours, I asked her if she wanted to check out NYC, to see if she likes it. That’s it, that was my proposal.
Anyway, if I were a romantic dude, definitely “El Valuato (something like that) in Cartagena across from el Santa Teresa Hotel on top of el muelle would be ideal. Bright moon on the horizon lighting up the Caribbean sea , millions of stars above, palms trees swaying to a cumbia beat, waves gently breaking over jetty, and you dying to get your girlfriend on all fours no matter what, and if it means proposing , taking a chance of her dumping your ass after she gets here and leaving you penniless, then do it.

over 5 million colombianos in USA and only 27 barranquilleros, i'm one.Curramba, el mejor vividero del mundo!
