Miguel_Clavo says on Jun 4, 2006, 16:52: Every day starts off at the gym for me..not because i want too.. its out of necessity i guess..or addiction/habit..i turn 50 in 2 weeks, making me eligible to retire, but i have maintained my weight and fitness almost since high school athletics...I am one of the fortunate ones where i can eat just about any food, including mexican, and in any quantites as long as i run the distances/speeds that i do....if i stop exercising, i would hate to be the hispanic Fat Albert! jejejej.....also, its about respecting your body....i cant really expect a loved one to maintain her weight if i look like the Pillsbury Doughboy! If you are somewhat overweight you will look more attractive in something that fits your body type. Rolls of fat hanging out over jeans that are two sizes too tight matched with a tummy revealing shirt is not flattering! This would never be done in Colombia. One time I met a very beautiful girl in Cartagena. I was staying in a penthouse with a couple of other guys. She thought I was rich and gave me a lot of love. Then when my friends left, I had to move out of the penthouse into a cheaper apartment. It was a little shabby with a few roaches. She started to lose interest quick.
