PBH / colombia (travelguide, pictures) / post |
I am moving to Bogota in three weeks and I am trying to look at all of my options. I have enough cash to buy a nice house or apartment but I was wondering about a mortgage. My brother from Illinois suggested that if I can’t get a mortgage, just put the house in Marcela’s name since she is a Colombian. I told him that I didn’t think it would be that easy.
Is it??
