And it was an estrato 4 apartment. I would check to see if they are reading your meter correctly, or if you have a broken pipe or something. Cool pad though. Its about a 10-15 min taxi ride to Parque Lleras. I met one Colombiano in the area. He used to live in Miami. He wanted me to marry his 17y/o blonde hair blue eyed sister-in-law....lol
