Maybe part of the standard issued equipment for these clowns should include KY jelly and booklets how to whack off. Totally unfucking-professional.

Completely agree, keep the Navy out of Colombia. There should only be Army or Air Force personnel there. The debauchery scene you described is EVERY single port town the Navy has docked in anytime in the past 30 years. It doesn't matter if its Santa Marta or San Francisco, those Navy boys all go ashore and get completely plastered and stupid.
