More Information on Hotel Las Vegas - Cartagena

Need to stay at a cheap place, where I can safely leave my luggage without worrying that someone will likely steal it. Hotel Las Vegas was suggested. --Please, provide any more information on this hotel which supposedly costs $22/night or others near this price.
--Will a taxi from the airport be able to find this hotel by just mentioning Hotel Las Vegas in El Centro?

closer to 35 usd-also doubles as a "love motel." The area is not the best AND ,to me, the place would appeal to the backpacker crowd. A better bet, IMHO, would be the Hotel San Felipe in the same area. It is on Avenida del Centenario in the La Matuna neighborhood.

Hotel Centro nearby is not a bad place for a little more dough. Hotel Las Vegas is right across from the University. Not too bad of an area - but I wouldn't go walking around late at night. And yes, it doubles as a love motel, especially when the naval or coast guard ships are in town.
