more I-601 questions

I am understanding that not a lot of people have specific knowledge or information on I-601s here, but PERHAPS MAYBE POSSIBLY someone has heard from someone, or someone knows an immigration lawyer, or someone is an immigration lawyer and can answer these questions -

1. How long does it take Colombia to process I-601 forms?

2. What is the percentage of approvals of these forms for Colombia?

I have asked all the people around me who have information on this, and no one has dealt with Colombia (the adjucation for Colombia happens in Panama City...so maybe someone has experience with that office?).
