Looking for furnished places to stay. Would like to spend under 700 USD/month, though after my latest experience I will consider paying more. Any recommendations? I need a place for 4-5 months ideally in the north part of town.
I've looked into some of the agencies (MCHAILEH being the most-recommended), their terms are generally too strict (no problem getting fiadores, just not friendly to monthly rentals).
Needs: Internet/Cable/AC/utilities ready to go, easier of all utils are included.

newbie73 says on Aug 20, 2008, 19:36: How far south? I've been staying in the North right now though this is a bit too north, there's nothing out here (near Centro Commercial Miramar). Saw the Alvaro Jesus places, those are a bit pricey for what I'm looking to spend, that nearly doubles my housing costs. Anyone know what monthly rates are like at Sorrento or anything similar?
