Hi,
I'm thinking of going there this December. Has anyone been there recently?
If you have, please let me know your experiences, good or bad.
Thanks! Ixent

Gator says on Nov 19, 2006, 13:42: Via Cartagena You can go by bus using Expreso Brasilia Go to the main terminal bus counter east of the city and buy ticket for Maganque. Then go to the dock and catch a ride on a chalupa (like a water taxi) company in air conditioned buses, a couple hundred kilometers and 5 hours from Cartagena. Road not too bad and it will cost around COP 30.000 (USD 14). It is, as my grandmother used to say, hotter than the hinges of hell. Over night at best, Last trip about three years ago. At least you will go where the average tourist does not venture. "Credidi pretio parvo emere et magno vendere tibi in animo fuisse!" . 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
