Well. She doesn't look like a blonde haired, blue eyed gringa, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't look like the much more common brown haired, brown eyed gringa. If I saw her walking down the street in the US, I would not think she was Latin.

While I do prefer the darker haired and tan looking Colombianas, there are lots of really amazingly beautiful white Colombianas. She just isn't one of them. She doesn't even come close to most of the well known Colombian models and TV presenters.
