But, when she meets Colombians from Bogota, Medellin Cali, Pasto, etc. she sees them as nanos, no different from Ecuadorian, Peruanos , Bolivians and Mexicans
I explained that is due to their heavy Andean ijun roots.

Elmo, to an outsider, yes, there's a little truth in it. Colombia is like two different countries; Caribbean with it's own music, language, culture (or the lack of it ;) and the Colombia Andina with it's heavy Indian roots.

Actually, I think Cali represents the Real Colombia where both of these ethnic influences merge.
