Mexico tourist visa from Bogota consulate?

My friend was told the same day her Visa was approved..I do think though it helped she had a Valid US and Canadian Tourist Visa.Her Interview took about 5 minutes and was told to come back the next day to Pick up her Visa

Thanks, the reason for me asking is that a friend went to get visa, and was supposedly told to comeback in a couple of days to find out result.. I really did not believe the story. From what I understand most people are told to comeback if they are approved. Friend was probably embarrased about being denied.
