Vic, the underpass by Exito in la 15 was planned. Look carefully and see that there is no concrete road where the bridge will be. The change of plans, I believe, is the station in Floridablanca.

Jorge I live 3 blocks from the underpass don't tell this was planned....the stupid mother fuckers finished the complete roadway with bus lanes and all it stood there for a few months and all of a sudden one morning they stated to ripe the god thing apart.....believe me when I say there is only one way out and one way into our barrio....I know this underpass very well...now they are saying to be finish end of June...further more if your going to plan on building an underpass.....and I have just a few years of construction experience.....you start with the deepest work and build up...so build the underpass first and then the roadway....its common sense...but common sense is in very short supply here in Colombia.....here a new import for the gringos to sell Colombia

Vic, I saw the plans for the undepass on Carrera 17 on Vanguardia probably in 2003 or so.
I totally agree with you; that`s not the most efficient way to build something.
All I hope is that is finished soon. Traffic is a nightmare.

not my car rubby.....it passed all tests with flying colors....I keep both my vehicles in tip top running condition....I think you need to look at other people who don't give a shit....I have a small car.....look at people who drive a V8 with one person in it.....to blame me your very wrong.....because I am one very environmentally friendly guy ....but I practice within reason....I am not a fanatic....but I do own a whole bunch of teak trees in coasta rica.....so my carbon footprint is next to zero if not into the negative carbon footprint.....would you like to buy my extra ones....how many people do you know can say that

adrim I wouldn't be caught dead in a traffic jam.....I always find alternate ways to get places....and if I am in a traffic jam I wait ...its part of life.....take the bus...yea right......my knees would just love that....further more if people knew how to drive their wouldn't be traffic jams....usually the problem is people don't know how to drive efficiently and stop or slow down traffic
