Like the Cali's Mio, Pereira's Megabus, and Bogota's TransMilenio, (is TransCaribe happening in Cartagena?), Bucaramanga is also developing a "transporte massivo" / big-scale Bus Rapid Transit.
They've got a gimmicky (but insightful) little video that shows how it works:
