As far as using it outside of Colombia, its rather difficult if you live out of Colombia and you sell an Item. Their payment system isn't very transparent. You hAVE TO OPEN up an account in a Colombia Bank and sellers go that bank and leave payment in your account/user name and what if you don't have a cedula to open it with, then what? Paypal isn't an Option at this point as its not 100% into Colombia yet. Then you are left with the option of having someone else in Colombia, if you can find someone you trust 100%, to collect your funds. I am not at that comfort level at this point. Difficult for a foreigner,,,
