Menticol Anyone?

I have been going crazy trying to find somewhere in NYC that sells Menticol. I don't know if any New Yorkers are going to Colombia anytime soon, but I would totally pay you to bring me back some Menticol Azul.... unless you can think of somewhere that sells it.
