One problem... One problem with posting your e-mail "in the clear" is that it allows web-crawlers (automated programs that go around opening and reading web pages) to find your address and send it to spammers. In a week, you'll start getting more penis enlargement ads then you ever thought possible (even if you don't have one to enlarge). While the sentiment is noble, it's probably better to post your e-mail address in a form that doesn't look like an e-mail address: For example:

MyName at MyDomain dot com

MyName at MyDomain.com

Also don't include it in an "A" tag. Another option might be to save it as an image and post the image file. Just a friendly warning....

Ratbag/Kingrat does'nt seem like such a bad guy from what I have read from his postings. He gives good advice. I don't know how the fued started between you two started. He sent me a couple of PMs and seems friendly. He said that other website is'nt his. It belongs to some guy named Ramrod I believe. Him and Ratbag are two different cats.

I fully respect your decision to not post your email address, but I don't think it is appropriate for you to suggest that I'm stupid for taking the initiative to do this.

I'm not asking anybody to post their Social security or their bank account number (okay fine, if you want to share your banking info send me a pm.. he he).

Myself, I have never revealed my true name, phone number, established email address and I am very adamant about not posting pictures of myself or my loved ones on the net. I work in the Information Technology field, I know about privacy and security issues (I make a living thinking about these things).

I created this colombiche email address for the sole purpose of re-establishing contact with a few people that are no longer active posters at PBH, as well as any new people that might want to get in touch with me.

I'm not too worried about the hate mail, I have never been targeted by it. If I see a lot of spam or "hate" mail pouring into my new email addy I will just stop using it, no skin off my back, BIG DEAL, BIG WHOOP.

I suggested the members who want to do this create new email addies just for PBH purposes, unless they don't mind getting penis enlargement adds at their established address (who knows.. this might be the beginning of a new aesthetic revolution).

According to Monpirri, myself, and 2 other people caused the whole problem. This guy is actually goofy enough to believe that Peter would shut the entire email system down because of three people that he (monpirri) believes are at the heart of the problem. Peter said he had software problems, but Monpirri does not believe him.

As to the spam.....you will not get any for a while. I have had my account for a while (over a year) and I still rarely get any spam on my account with hotmail. If you just use it for exchanges between PBH members, and don't enter it in on any web sites, you should not get that much spam
