Hey someone else just posted the same question on CRT. Was it you?? Anyway I bet you find it down there but don't necessarily count on a discount. I compared Alegra in Costa Rica a few years and much more expensive. Good luck if you do find it cheaper. If so please let us know which farmacia en Medellin.
