I am a retiered person from the U.S. Due to some severe arthritis I was taking a medication called Vicodin, or morfine, or Oxycodin before I came to Colombia. I know I can use Dovir (which is very weak) as a relacement, but if I use my Federal benefits I can get the medicine for next to nothing. About $10-$15 USD for one month of meds.
Are there any rules or lwas against having meds sent to someone in Colombia. The Medical company tha I use will only ship to APO or FPO box location and the U.S. territories. But what if I have my daughtert send the prescription meds to me?

Mononoke28 says on Mar 4, 2009, 11:21: I'm not sure if it's legal or not but since most place don't ask to see the contents of a box, your daughter can actually ship them to you and not write down what the box actually contains. Your only issue would be whether you get them or not since some times mail delivery is not very reliable. But it all depends on the company you use for shipping. Diana 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
