Who on this site is familiar with zoning in the Medellin area's?
Like for instance Los Angeles california.....you have zones that are commercial and buisiness industry, then you go 5 miles over and you have areas that permit livestock and chickens etc.
I guess off the bat that will not even come close in Poblado or those high end estrato areas...but like in Envigado where its more like the wild wild west......can you have like a 2 or 3 acre ranch in those areas and house what ever type of farm animal you'd like?????
Example of animals: I enjoy raising American gamefowl, homeing pigeons, cattle and horses.
I have been to clear way on the other side (copacabanna) but thats a little to far out, I have also gone up thu I think is called Santa Antoquia where you go thru the tunnel to the old town square and pass those livestock places...but once again that is too far...I kinda am looking for country living in the city...or at least very very close.
thanks in advance!

antiguru says on Nov 7, 2008, 19:18: You have to go to Curaduria (they have the use codes for every inch of Medellin). You should send an architect though, as he will be able to get more info out of them. You should give the person who goes some specific areas to ask about, the more exact the better. An exact address would be ideal. Curaduria can give you uses (commercial, residential, etc.), height limits, etc.
