Medellin Room or Apartment needed for 1 month from March 22 - reasonable price

Hi there,
I need a room or aprt in decent area from 22nd march for one month, but I dont want to pay almost US prices of $50 a night as this is colombia not barcelona where I currently am and I pay 350$/m here. I would like internet and maybe close to a gym and ideally close to poblado, but not essential.

I am not interested in prostitutes, nor marriage, just a safe comfortable place to spend a month, if sharing prefer quiet relaxed atmosphere as will be working a bit too.

Ahhh also, is there a decent way to get from airport other than taxi at 11pm? I hate being ripped off by taxi drivers charged 60.000... :)
