Medellin Restaurant for Sale - Cheap!

Greetings,

I am selling a restaurant in Medellin. It is in El Centro only 1 block from San Antonio, metro station. What is for sale is the business and all the equipment. The restaurante space is a monthly rent.

It is located in a large building with 100's of businesses. The restaurant has 4-5 employees and sells a lot of meals. It is very busy, it is in El Centro, if anyone has been to El centro then you know it is the best area to own a business the amount of people in El centro is amazing.

I am offering it at a very good price because I need to sell it soon.

Investors look its Only 24,000,000 pesos or $12,000 USD. You won't find a better price anywhere in this location.

THE question to anyone selling a busy is...

why are you selling it?

I am selling a functioning business. It is a restuarant. It sells a lot of food.

I am selling it because my manager is moving out of the country and I do not plan on returning to Medellin in the future. The employees that work there run the business well are are very dedicated.

This is a great opportunity for someone to pick up a fully operating restaurant at a great price.

Lpdiver? The first sentence says: I am selling a restaurant. It does not include property because it is a rented space. It is a fully functioning business.

I just returned from 15 days in Medellin. Have not been there in many years. I am in the restuarant business. I would like to know what type of food is served, and weekly average of gross sales.
I just opened a small operation while there.
You may back channel the info to me.

If it's a great price why are you trying to sell it to gringos on a forum? Wouldn't it be much easier to sell it to a colombian? Maybe less hassles?

How much is the rent?
How big is the restaurant?
How much for the corriente there?
How many meals do you sell monthly?
Which is the monthly net income?
Which is the cost of the equipment?

Well Mr A in his defense most Colombians would not be able to cough up 12k.
But yes their are many unanswered questions.
Can I get a name? Weekly or monthly gross sales? Type of food?

I will be there next week. I will collect more information from my manager and post it here.

The restaurante sells a lot of food, its sells tipico colombia foods. Pork, chicken, steak dinners. Hamburges, hotdogs, empanadas, salads, soup, rice, potatoes, soda, cervezas, and much more.

It is a small restuarante which makes most of its money from deliveries. Yes this is a great price to get a complete functioning restaurante with a large customer base built up already.

Mranderson, when you sell a business you want to advertise it in as many places as possible, no? It is for sale in Medellin also, I just put it up for sale. However my spanish is not that good it is difficult for me to sell it there while I am in the USA. Although my manager can help me with this.

The restaurant sells a lot of food. The employees are very busy always. My administrator/manager is going to another country soon and due to my current job position here in the USA, I am not able to spend as much time in Medellin as I would like to. In order to operate the restaurant properly so I have decided to sell it.

I need to check with my administrator but I think the current rent is 750,000 pesos, like $325/mo. There are 5 employees paid minimal.

Ok buyslake, that makes sense to me. I guess if I was selling something I would advertise it here as well as other places.
