Medellin Real Estate

Can anyone refer me to a trustworthy real estate agent that could assist me in a MDE.

What do you mean by "trustworthy?" A real estate agent is basically just a person who has access to the keys so you can get inside to check out the place. Unless of course, you are looking at new developement, then they usually have a showroom with floor plans and a price list.

I just returned from my third trip to Medellin and looked at a few homes, one of which I am seriously considering, 8 bedrooms and 5 baths in a estata 5 neighborhood.

Send me a email and I will get back to you as soon as I settle back into reality. medellintraveler at hotmail.com

I have just bought an apartment in Medellin. The agent was excellent. Send me an email if you want his details.

I have introduced the agent to usher127. He is a trustworthy person. But he does not speak english.

Additionally...A colombian ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS gets a better price than a gringo. Have a native negotiate for you; at least in the beginning, if at all possible.
