Anybody have any info on decent but not too expensive hotels in Medellin? A safe neighborhood with good service etc...

getting better says on Jul 3, 2007, 17:40: We have been booking people in the Nutibara Hotel, Calle 52a 50-46, Medellin. Tel: 57-4-5115111, paying 97,400 per person per night. We like to give our clients a decent hotel but whilst this hotel is quite nice I don't think it is particularly good value, if there was a nice friednly hotel a little bit cheaper it would be convenient. It would also be good if they would give us a better rate but because we generally only use it for one night they are not too keen to negotiate.

Also stayed at the Intercontinental but it wasn't all that, especially for the price. The room at the Gran Hotel was much bigger, the Nutibara wasn't that bad.. the breakfast buffet was good.. LOL I like to eat.... so any buffet is good... except for the all you can eat Chinese buffets..... those I stay away from...... Winners have simply formed the habit of doing things losers don't like to do....... 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
