Medellin Hotels

I will be visiting Medellin for about a week in mid July. Can some one Please suggest a hotel in the $25-40 price range, close to resturants and nite life.

Hotels If you stay in La 70 area (hotels around 20 to 40 dollars a night) they I´d sugges these hotels:
Hotel Florida, Hotel Lukas, Hotel Laureles 70, they´re one to four blocks east from the Estadio Metro Station.
There are many small bars, restaurants (mostly fast food) and some small clubs in that area.
