Medellin Hotels - Laureles 70, Ambassador and San Lorenzo de Ana

Hi, I am looking for feedback on these Hotels. Thanks in advance!

1) Hotel Laureles 70:
How far is this Hotel from El Poblado by Taxi? Is there a in-room safe or lock box?

2) Hotel Ambassador:
Post by JR mentioned that the "Only bad thing is the street in front of the hotel is not that safe late at night..."
If I use a taxi and dont walk late at night, is it safe to stay here? Does the Hotel have an in-room safe and security?

3) Hotel San Lorenzo de Ana
Another member posted a query regarding this Hotel. I have pasted their query here to avoid duplication:
Anyone ever stay at Hotel San Lorenzo de Ana in Poblado? It's located at Cra. 39 No. 12-08 (tel: 266-7021). It's supposedly a very nice property with nice rooms and economic at COP98.000/nite.

Medellin hotel advice The Hotel Laureles.70 is about 10 mins from El Poblado. Personally, when I go back to Colombia again, I will stay at this hotel. The hotel does have a safe that you can use to store valuables but I can't remember if each room has their own too.

The Hotel Ambassador does not have a safe. If you are walking back to the hotel very late at night (after 12:00), you will probably encounter a male prostitutes dressed like women and occasionally a few other shady characters. It's not the safest place but taxis can take you up to the front of the hotel and then you won't have any problems. My biggest issue was with a member of the hotel staff that tried to charge me for an extra night.
