furniture Hola dave,

I am living in envigado and bought most of my furniture at a Iter muebles. I have been looking around and they had competetive prices. They will deliver the stuff home.

Some examples:

Bed: 250.000
matras: 450.000
Night table: 80.000
Dinner table + 4 seats: 850.000

Offcourse it depends on what you want. They have a lot, they have some cheaper things and some more expensive ones.

Contact me if you want to know more,

cherio

I remember walking around Parque Lleras there seemed to be a few small and scattered furniture stores on the side streets. My guess would be that they were neither high nor low priced, but somewhere in the middle. I could be completely wrong. Then again, from what my own impression is, so far, with so many things in Colombia, (please excuse me here, Colombianos) but so many prices for so many things - even from what people constantly say here on PBH - even for things such as hotel rooms, PRICES IN COLOMBIA FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOOD seems to be NEGOTIABLE. SO DON'T FORGET THAT. (A little piece of Tijuana! jajaa... that is the part, I beg your understanding... just my experience, as miguel clavo might say.)

Or, is/was that Parque Llaneras? I have quickly forgotten (because I was very neatly and nicely distracted with Una Senora!)

y, un mil gracias.

Thanks for the Recommendations... Iter Muebles have many stores in Medellin??? Galecito I noticed the little stores also in Florista section of Medellin..

Would think the bigger stores would have more discounts and better selections..
