Medellin Furnished Apartment available Sept 17th-Dec 31st

A friend was called back to the US for an emergency and would like to rent his apartment while he is gone. It is a 2 Bedroom (third bedroom is a large office) in El Poblado just minutes from Oviedo and a short downhill walk to Ave. Poblado.

It is fully furnished with a King in the master BR, Queen in the guest BR, 2 1/2 baths, TV in the master and LR, internet access, fully equipped kitchen and more. The rental rates include a maid once per week to clean, do laundry and cook; all monthly utilities including local calls (land line to land line). There is no surcharge for the holiday season and only a $200 refundable deposit is required.

What a great way to plan an extended stay or while you look for more permanent accommodations or a place to buy! The price is right on this temporary apartment!!

It is nothing fancy and is a guys kinda place.

Yet it costs way over $1,000 USD/month.

at Cheers Terry 100% right. That place doesn't look worth over $500/month, and even that is a stretch (maybe if it includes Internet, cable all utils, etc.).
