Sunday is the day of Sancocho in Santa Elena. Its a great time to see the Silleteros prepare their silletas for the big flower parade.

Dont forget about the Moda del Mundo!

Just remember dont mix Aguardiente (guaro) with anything or your head will be killing you the next day.
