900,000 COP sounds VERY expensive to me. Judging by your description, one could easily get a similar room in El Poblado for 590, 000.

900,000 is less than half the rental for this place, and it includes bills, but if you think that you can easily find something much cheaper, then I wish you luck. I visited about 20 buildings before choosing this one. Most were cheaper but were also very box-like and poorly lit. This building is in a great area that is quiet, and the apartment is full of light and space, things that are worth paying for.

Fair enough, I guess I'm not really in a position to comment until I see it. Anyway, it sounds like you'll have no problem with renting it out.

Suerte.

I´d rather have a cheaper apartment all to myself than to share a luxury apartment with someone else. But that´s just me.

I just rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the 8th floor, swimming pool, Gym, party room, maid service and all bills encluded in POBLADO for $1200,000.00. I paid a commission and one months in advance only. There are plenty of apartments there if you take the time to look/ $900,000.00 for a room is a bit costly I think but good luck in renting it out.
