Medellin (Dance) Night Clubs

Starting this thread to talk about the nightlife options in Medellin. No place in particular. I've been to Mango's before and find it well...a bit too out there. The decor struck me as a bit odd and over the top. Very loud too. --- The dancing is top notch and entertaining though. The multiple dance platforms is interesting, though I am more for something a little smaller.

So...with this in mind, I went to go find a place called METROPOLIS. I can see the building (CC Monterrey) from my new apartment. Apparently, either Metropolis moved or is out of business - or I missed it somehow and the girl at the information desk had never heard of it. ?????

There is a place called Neon Planet though on the 8th floor. I saw the entrance this afternoon. Cheesy sounding name.

Anyone been to Neon Planet? Some of the signs say they have neon golf.

---

...I've seen the posts about Vinacure and will have to check that out someday.

Any thoughts on the places around Parque Lleras / Zona Rosa? Not the restaurants, but the clubs. El Blue is the only one mentioned in Lonely Planet.
