I am leaving Medellin on 1. March 2008 for about 6 month and therefore my 12th floor 2BR apartment in Medellin becomes available. It is located in a nice residential area(Patio Bonito) near the EAFIT university and it has a swimming pool. The rent is 900,000 COP/month.
