Mechas

I want to set up my own little backyard tejo area. The only thing I can't figure out is how to make mechas, the 2 inch folded paper triangles that explode when hit. It has to be a simple recipe. Also, where can somebody buy a tejo - the actual round piece of steel - in the US? Does anybody play tejo in the Miami area?

you need the recipe but is dangerous because they are detonators and can off on impact, the police might think you are a terrorist jijij.

for the weight you can use a heavy stone if you can't find the real thing.

I know that one of the ingredients is Potassium permanganate and glicerine and another things then try to make it into a paste. but i would not recomend to try to do that stuff if you don't have the experience, you don't want to blow your house :)).

I figured the recipe involved potassium. The stuff is probably the same as what is in those little paper-wads kids can buy a box of for 25 cents that pop when striking a hard surface. I was a little hesitant to ask about the recipe - because I didn't want to come across as being up to something naughty. I am fairly sure it isn't illegal ... then again, I better check that out too I suppose. That would be my luck: Hit a few mechas, and then get investigated for manufacturing explosives. Kat1, do you play tejo when you are visiting in Villavo? I used to play at the big tejo park in Villavo down the street from the stadium, just past the water park, and at Lucho's tejo club, la 14.

i have played it twice but when i went to one of those balnearios in Villavo, I played with my dad, son and husband. i don't like it that much i get scare of the noise :))) and my aim at those thing is C**P.
i think i will need bigger mechas jijij.
