Mayor of Bogota uses mimes for public behavior control

I found this article by Maria Cristina Caballero today. This is old
news to most of us but I think I speak for most of us when I say that
this is the kind of journalistic coverage that we deserve  once in
a while... educated, upbeat, analytical articles highlighting the
positive and showing the many fascinating stories, characters and
places that Colombia has. Needless to say, the author of this article
is probably a colombiana. Now I don't watch mainstream news anymore,
but my guess is that your average gringo reporter would not be
interested in covering a topic like this for a major media outlet.
Unfortunately, Colombia only gets airtime when it's time to talk about
violence and drugs.
