Master bedroom in Duplex apartment in Medellin for rent

I had to move out of the other apartment but found a nice duplex (two floors) apartment on the 5th (highest) floor in the same neighborhood (El Portal, Envigado).

El Portal is a nice quiet, green residential area (Estrato 5/6) with mostly houses and not a lot of big apartment buildings. It is close to the central park of Envigado (5 min walking) and to the Metro and the supermarket Exito. Poblado is about 8-9 minutes by metro or taxi, University EAFIT will take about 5 minutes by bus.

I am looking for somebody to rent out the master bedroom on the upper floor. It is a 3 bedroom apartment and I am using the 2 rooms on the lower floor as a bedroom and an office. The lower floor also has the living room, the kitchen and the dining area.

The upper floor has a small terrace with a nice view and a hammock in the front and the room I am renting out in the back. It is a big master bedroom (30m2) with its own shower/bathroom with hot water, a double bed, a large closed and a desk and chair. It also has its own television and cable.

The price for the room is 750.000 Cop (US$ 415) per month including all utilities. There is a fast WiFi internet connection (1000/256) available throughout the apartment. I also have a parking spot available if needed. The apartment is fully furnished and off course you can use the terrace, kitchen, washing machine, DvD, phone etc.

I just live here with my girlfriend so there is a lot of space and everybody can have his privacy when needed.
