Well technically those wouldn't be phone calls since they are considered data. Doesn't Skype log all your activities? Secondly, to make a call to Colombia, don't you have to pay Skype the $.02 a minute fee or whatnot or does the other party have Skype as well.

The Skype application stores your call history. Click on the clock face. I run a Mac, so it may not be exactly the same layout if you're on a Windoze. I see it at the right, next to the available SkypeOut credit. I can't find a command to export the history - a glaring defect in my opinion that should be EASY to implement - but it's got to be stored in a file somewhere, most likely an XML file which would be readable if you can locate it. Look in the Skype app directory, or chech the Skype website, in the knowledge database. Do they have a forum? If so, post your question there. Good luck!

btw, you can delete individual calls from the history if you'd just like a clean record of these calls to your gf :)

You will eventually get her into the country if you are able to demonstrate that the marriage is genuine.

I suspect that one problem in any delay would be that she is probably Christian, and probably appears to be have more European ancestry than any other ancestry.

Maybe you should convert to Islam, tell the immigration authorities that your girl friend is from Pakistan or the mid-east, and tell them you both have a part on "Little Mosque on the Prairie".

Not only will our politically correct immigration authorities immediately give her a visa, they will probably give you welfare benefits along with a house in the Rosedale subdivision of Toronto.

The Canadian government is only seeking the truth. If other parts of your application are very strong with evidence that there exists a bona fide relationship (marriage), you could almost omit the phone records provided you have a good reason. If you are using skype and others have provided skype records, they will expect those records. Your wife will never see those records. They go to Vegreville and never return. Just make a good effort. Even use "printscreen" if the dam things will not download. I photocopied 20 expired phone cards onto a page and they accepted that, but my photos of the relationship were very strong.

What I have, I do not want to lose, but Where I am I do not want to stay, but those I love, I do not want to leave, but those I know I no longer want to see, but Where I die, I do not want to go;I want to stay where I have never been

I am canadian and never had phone records...i did send some copys of emails we had made back and forth. As guacharaca says..they are only seeking the truth...we had strong evidence...reciets of places we stayed and visited...also sent lots of photos and a copy from my passport showing the trips id made back and forth to visit...every little bit helps if it convinces them the relationship is genuine..best of luck.

Thanks guys it shouldn't be hard as our relationship is genuine. the passport story made me realise that we met on an international flight and we can show them the matching stamps.

I like guacharaca's idea of "strong" photos.
