making navigation easier

peter, i guess this one's for you. happy holidays, by the way.

is there some way one can go from making a comment back to the lists of posts--where one left off--without backing up page by page to get there? with my computer--not jet assisted--it takes forever. and if i go to 'discussions' then i have to go all the way around the block, again, just to bet back to where i started.

appreciate the help.

You don't have to back up page by page, there is a button to the right of the numbered page links that's 'last page'. You do still have to wait for the front page to load (which naturally will be full and hence take a while to load).

And I feel for you - these inconveniences for myself and Nato are bad enough but at least we are on broadband so the pages load quickly!
