Mail Service from Colombia

Has anyone found a RELIABLE mail service to send documents FROM Colombia to the USA other than Federal Express or UPS? (More economical)

Need to get some documents to the States but they don;t need to be there in 2-3 days. Since Colombia's "Regular mail" sucks, was wondering if anyone has found other reliable services.
