luxury Bogota Hotels

Can anyone give me advice on a luxury hotel in Bogota that costs less than $200 US? Also, if I would like a massage (on arrival), does anyone have a suggestion about who to contact?

Thanks

Both are nice Tequendama and Fontana are both very nice hotels, if you want romantic though, I would reccommend Hotel de La Opera.

which hotel I'll be alone, so romantic is only important if the hotel comes with the romance or is a chica attractor.

Which hotel is located next to good places to meet people? Yes I speak spanish.

Hotel For me the Victoria Regia (Sofitel) is one of the best in town and you are walking distance from all the bars and restaurants of the Zona Rosa.
