I think that there are some available for that price in upper Manrique. Of course that does not include any furniture. But it does include the first day's protection money.

Actually there is a bad barrio with poor houses just down from El Tesoro. My best friend in Medellin was living there and paying 400,000 for a very small one room unfurnished apartment.
You cannot beat that location for that price.
