I found some barrios or neighborhods named "Mandalay" but not any town with this name. One of this is in Departamento del Caldas, another one in Bogotá city. Do you remember on wich part was located? or at least, if it was a neiboorhod or a town, remember the weather? With some data, it is possible to know about your family.

On the other hand, remember their names and last names? this is truly important.

I'll give you the name of my father and see from there, I tried searching for the town but came to nothing.
