Looking to rent apartment in Cartagena for 3 months -- any advice?

I am helping a freind of mine to find a furnished apartment for 3 months, starting middle of Sept until Dec 10. It seems difficult to find something through the vacation rentals you can find on the internet. Most of them do not have an apartment available on such short notice for three months.

Has anyone an idea where/who to ask?

It should be a furnished one-bedroom apartment with Internet, preferably in centro, Bocagrande or Laguito.
