Why not have robi666 read it out to you?

That's a lot of work. It will probably cost you over $100 for the translation, maybe more.

I'm printing out the document tomorrow at work. I tried to read it earlier, but just can handle reading all that text on my screen. Besides, I have nothing to do at work.

Plus... PBH is blocked at my company. :O(

It probably won't be easy finding someone in Medellin that not only will translate for you, but actually do a good job translating into the document into proper English. Good luck. Some folks will try to use a translator on the internet, but that wont cut it for this type of document.

In the meantime, read this...

$20 a page is about average, plus it's a lot of work.

I am a qualified translator, I have an A.B. from prestigious US college and 30 years experience in Colombia. I would be happy to do it for you at $10USD per standard double spaced page. I recently translating some display material for the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. I might be considered the best Spanish to English translator in Colombia, if not the world.

You might be considered the best Spanish to English translator, but mainly by yourself! If you're that good, why don't you work for the UN?
