It is a private club but you might be able to play there if you talk to them personally.

This one is a bit outside of the city, in the north at the Autopista Norte. I think you can use the facilities also as a non-member:

They have squash, tennis, swimming pools, bowling, ping pong, billard, and a gym, sauna and "turco"

If you subscribe to Cafam, besides the north sede, you could also go to the gym at Cafan La Floresta, 10 to 15 minutes from Pasadena, also you might already notice the Bodytech on top of 3 Elefantes.
