I am decidedly anti plastic surgery. Like the old saying goes, "Vanity Kills!". I think that willingly putting pieces of foreign matter in your body out of vanity is amongst the dumbest things a person can do. Obviously, plastic surgery has its place in certain situations. I would never ask a woman to risk her health by undergoing such a potentially dangerous and utterly useless procedure. In fact, previous plastic surgeries are an automatic and complete deal killer for me when it comes to a woman. That was one of the first things I asked my wife when I was getting to know her.

Luckily, there are still hordes of Colombian women that NATURALLY fit my preferred type, thin and toned with a nice tight butt and perky puchas.I don't go for the Yayitas with giant butts and big fake boobs.

Call me shallow, but I have to admit they are interesting visually, lol! But a colombiana/brasileira w/ a huge boob would suggest to me someone who is high maintenance. Possibly fun to date, but not to get in a serious relationship. I wonder if these girls don't realize that, or they do and just don't care anyway. I guess there's enough guys around with enough money to waste they don't mind blowing it on a trophy novia/wife. [If you're that affluent, it would be smarter to invest in the clinic itself, than in the girls who are the customers!]

It is very cheap and easy.. they inject it in the desired areas as filling.. it might look HOT for a few days-weeks-months or even years... but as it is a material that does not belong in your body, it will eventually be rejected by your body with terrible results.... Some people might need dozens of surgeries to remove it with really nasty scars as a result (let alone totally fucked up bodies) and some people even die of the infections.. The liquid can also "travel" to other body parts leaving you darn ugly.

The ONLY safe substance that can be safely injected into your body is fat tissue from your own body - e.g. a lipo and using the fat to fill up certain areas.

At the risk of sounding crude, I tend to agree with romy. Women with ridiculously obvious boob jobs and or butt implants automatically get filed in the disposable category. As I said earlier, I would never consider such a woman for anything other than a fling.

Also, I don't like that separated boob look. At least push those plastic orbs together to make some cleavage.
