I know you were trying to help, but that site is for tourists to rent by the day. The cheapest apt I saw on there was 25.00 a night. If you multiply 25x 30 you get 750.00 a month. My novia is currently paying 350,000 pesos or approx 175 a month. She's not looking to upgrade.
