Looking for Apartment Rental in Santa Marta

Ok people, Spam me with your apartment rentals in Santa Marta. some of the requirements are
Hot water for showers and baths!
Nice safe secure area, with security!
Kitchen, refrigerator,
broadband internet access is a big plus, but not required.
Queen sized bed, or larger a must.
this will be for one person, with 1-2 guests that will come and go on an on going basis. as my trip will mainly consist of business.

also, if you know any property managers and real estate agents in santa marta, I would like to know who they are. or just contact me here at carlin at gmail dot com
