I'm English and have a Colombian family.
My apartment is available till September as I'm visiting family in UK. It is modern (only 5 years old), has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room. It is North Bogota, next to Mazuren transmilenio stop (Bogota's fast metro style bus service). 10mins from Zona Rosa. 30 mins from Candelaria (Old city/centre).
We would want 250,000 pesos ($140 US) per week. This includes all bills plus broadband wifi internet (best speed available in Bogota), cable TV, a celular phone (with 100mins per month) and landline with unlimited local calls, cleaner once a fortnight, a fully equipped kitchen (including large fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, oven, gas hobs, juice extractor, blender, spice/coffee grinder) . Also has home deliveries of groceries (400 pesos/20 cents per delivery). It has 24 hour 2-man security with porter's lodge, one parking space. Quiet neighbourhood 3 min walk to park with soccer/basketball court and public tennis court. 10 mins walk from large supermarket and various shopping districts.

I'm in UK but my in-laws can sort everything out that end.

If you're interested I will send you some photos.
Believe me its a very good offer. It's basically covering our costs.
