Looking 4 Cali apartment information

PBH Community: I’ve sent the below email to a few Rental Agencies in Cali. If anyone wants to chime in with their knowledge/expertise please do not hesitate. Also, I’ve located a map of Cali online with its various barrios; however, it is dated 1981. Does anyone know of an updated version and/or can some tell me if this map of the barrios still qualifies as accurate? Thanks. Link:

Hello. I’m in search of an apartment in Cali with the following criteria:
1.Barrio Centenario or adjacent barrio.
2.1 bedroom 1bathroom / Furnished
3.Utilities included: Air-conditioning, electric, gas, hot water, local telephone
4.Administration, with fees included
5.Security with controlled entry into building
6.Hi-rise building with apartment on higher floor, balcony
7.I prefer a private condo residence for rent. No public rental apartment complex.
8.Price? 650mil-950mil. You will have to inform me of the current market rates.
It is my desire to have the unit for 6 -7 months beginning in mid October or November.
Please forward information/pictures on various units as soon as possible. We can coordinate a time for me to arrive in Cali to preview some units. Thank you for your assistance.

Old map That map cover about 20% Cali. What kind of map are you looking for ? got to http://www.alafija.com. There are non topographical maps but maps maps with info about hotels, bars, atm, hospitals, etc.

Also, look for http://www.igac.gov (equiv to usgs)
