Lonely Hearts Club

how about adding a section for lonely gringos to talk about Colombian women here? Colombia is known for its women so there is no way to avoid all the discussions. have one for general discussions, one for politcs and one for Colombian love. it would make things a lot easier. theres a Cuban discussion board that does that. Cuba like Colombia is known for the women. no way to avoid it.

this is an old request and Peter has denied it ... he says there are plenty of forums already out there just for doing that. And he is right. I know there are plenty of these boards on Amigos.com for free, and you have chat rooms sorted by country where the chicks also chat with you. All-in-one service. I can understand his pov, PBH is about all of Colombia, which includes Colombianas, but not only them. It would also mean a lot more work, too, and Peter's focus is on adding other countrys to PBH, like India as latest addition. Personally I think the balance now between major topics is just right.

I tried most of the North American equivalents of the chilis shown in the pics here.

I would consider the bird peppers to be hottest members, but since they mainly grow wild their heat can vary. I have made very hot salsas with the Texas Piquin and Tepin, which are the same basically.

The hottest chilis are Habañeros and have a very different shape than other chilies. The best come from the Caribbean islands, often also called Scotch Bonnets. I have seen them imported into the USA and Europe. I have not seen Aji imported though. But they seem to be rated for similar heat, so they are good substitute in Colombia.
